My new real estate company

I wanted to let you know that the company I’ve been with, iProperties Hawaii has merged with Shirokiya’s residential company and will be known as Shirokiya Residential Estates LLC (SRE).
The owner of iProperties Hawaii, Abe Lee has been offered a chance to become a part of the Shirokiya group of businesses and we now have a chance to develop SRE into a force for good in the real estate community on Oahu and in Hawaii.
Mr. Takeshi Sekiguchi has offered iProperties Hawaii a chance to join him in making SRE one of the best real estate companies in Hawaii.
For those of you who may not know, Mr. Sekiguchi is an experienced developer in Hawaii and developed the Grand Wailea Hotel and was a partner when Ko Olina was being developed and he has a hotel lot at Ko Olina and has invested in Hawaii real estate for decades and is one of the owners of the Shirokiya department store. Mr. Sekiguchi created the Vintage Cave, an exclusive gourmet restaurant below the mall level at Shirokiya where he displays his art collection, including Picasso paintings.
Like myself and Abe, Mr. Sekiguchi and the Shirokiya group are strong supporters of the Hawaii HomeOwnership Center and want to encourage home ownership among first time buyers. There will be in store promotions for the SRE services.
Other than that, nothing really changes. My office is still the same at the Ala Moana Pacific Center at 1585 Kapiolani Blvd., #1533.
On another note, the real estate market continues to be very active with a shortage of homes for sale, so if you know of anyone who may be
thinking of selling soon, please let me know and I’ll be glad to assist them.
If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.
